20/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - To mark the thirtieth anniversary of its legal department, the College of Europe has published a 'Liber Professorum' document, with more than two dozen current or former lecturers at the College look at their speciality areas, assessing changes to the European legal system or more specific issues.
