EU to appoint special representative

Luxembourg, 14/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Monday EU foreign affairs ministers decided to appoint an EU Special Representative for Central Asia. The Council called on the competent bodies at the Council to prepare a common action for providing the legal basis for his appointment.
