Brussels, 28/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - The situation of children in institutions and orphanages is definitely improving, but remains of concern in some post-communist democracies. This is the findings of the report by Michael Hancock (Liberal, UK), which was adopted on 26 April in Strasbourg by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
