ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

INTERPOLIS, the insurance arm of the Dutch bank RABOBANK, and ACHMEA, the Dutch subsidiary of insurance group EUREKO, are to merge, giving rise to the largest insurance company in the Netherlands. The merged entities have combined premiums of nearly 9.1 billion EUR.
