“Would we prefer the Treaty of Nice to the new Constitution? Of course not” says John Monks at CFDT meeting

Brussels, 11/04/2005 (Agence Europe) -If the referendums are positive in the ten countries where they are being held, we will have a Constitution for the European Union; it will help us; it will be a support mechanism for workers.
