Parliament to water down restrictions on fishing for sole, hake and Norway lobster

Brussels, 11/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - Reflecting the decision made last December by the Council of Ministers, the European Parliament is set to water down measures proposed by the European Commission to support the replenishment of sole stocks (in the western Channel and the Gulf of Gascony), southern hake and Norway lobster (in the Cantabrian Sea and the western Iberian peninsula).
