11/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has adopted annual financial support programmes for Macedonia (34.5 million EUR), Serbia-Montenegro (184 million EUR) and Kosovo (54 million EUR) for 2005, as part of the CARDS programme for the reconstruction, development and stabilisation of the region. The annual programmes for Albania and Bosnia-Herzegovina, and the annual regional CARDS programme are being drawn up and will be approved at a later date, according to a Commission press...
