Ministers more likely to agree on guidelines than take decisions on Thursday - Headquarters of borders agency - Cooperation with Libya

Brussels, 11/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - Few decisions are expected of the Justice and Home Affairs Council to take place in Luxembourg on 14 April, followed on 15 April by a troika meeting with Russia. Thursday's meeting will above all be about agreeing on guidelines.

European Agency for the Management of External Borders: the delegations will prepare for a brief exchange of views on the choice for the headquarters of the border agency, but without any real expectations of agreement....
