Brussels, 11/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - A EuroMediterranean conference on “economic transition” was held in Brussels on Monday and Tuesday under the aegis of the European Commission. Invited to launch the debate at this periodical exercise in global dialogue on macroeconomic, financial and trade prospects in the EuroMed process were the former Moroccan Trade Minister Hassan Abu Ayoub and the Director of the Syrian Plan Abdallah Dardari.
