Brussels, 11/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the German publisher Gruner+Jahr to raise its stake in its fellow German company Motorpresse from 17.1% to 54.9%, as the operation will have no significant impact on competition within the European Economic Area (EEA).
