Green light to purchase of Scaldia and Papeteries de France by Stora Enso

Brussels, 11/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - Stora Enso, an industrial group based in Finland, has been given permission to acquire the Dutch and French paper companies Scaldia and Papeteries de France. The Commission concluded that this operation would pose no problems of horizontal or vertical competition in the European Economic Area, and in the Netherlands and France in particular.
