The German post office DEUTSCHE POST has gained a majority stake in the French KOBA company (turnover of around EUR 50 million in 2003, with workforce of 500) specialised in mail advertising, for an undisclosed amount. The German group is also going to sell off its 24.8% stake in TRANSOFLEX (transporting medicines).
