ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) construction

In Spain, SAN JOSE (turnover of 1.044 bn in 2003) launched, via its subsidiary UDRA INDUSTRIAL, a takeoff bid for 44% of the capital in metalworking group DURO FELGUERA (turnover of EUR 342.9 million in 2003) and will be paying 8 euros per share - a total amount of EUR 52 million.
