22/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Italian company SEA (Società Europea Autocaravan S.p.A) by newly created company SIX, controlled by UK company Bridgepoint. SEA designs, produces, sells and rents caravans in the European Union. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
