15/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans to create a joint company between the Finnish company Outokumpu Wasacopper Oy, a subsidiary of the group Outokumpu, which makes copper and other metals, and Aurajoki Oy, controlled by CapMan Oy. Both companies will transfer their electrolytic coating activities to Cupru Oy, which they will jointly control and which will be renamed AuraCoat Oy. This operation was approved under the simplified procedure.
