Brussels, 08/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The networks "Capital Regions and Cities" and "Cities for Cohesion" have just published two stances they have taken on the reactions of large urban areas to proposals on Commission rules on structural funds, and on the need for a European policy for cities and urban areas.
