Brussels, 08/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The spokesperson for the transition team of the European Commission said on Monday that the European Parliament's vote of appointment for José Manuel Barroso's Commission, scheduled for 18 November, will then be confirmed by a formal decision of the Council of Ministers (either by written procedure, or by a vote at any session of the Council).
