08/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Auditors' special report (No. 3/2004) is very critical of the efficiency of the procedures for recovering irregular agricultural payments. It was published in Official Journal C 269 on 4 November. this report, which is accompanied by European Commission responses, was published on 21 September (EUROPE 22 September 2004 p 12).
