Brussels, 08/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Dutch Presidency of the Council of the EU is to organise a conference in Groningen on 10 and 11 November on integration, to which the ministers of the twenty-five Member States of the EU have been invited. The conference, which will be chaired by Rita Verdonk, will discuss "best practice", social integration programmes and the situation for young people from ethnic minorities.
