Brussels, 25/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - the European Commission has called on the Court of Justice to impose fines on Germany for not having complied with the rulings on the allocation of water waste treatment markets in Bockhorn in Lower Saxony. These fines will be to the tune of EUR 126.720 a day for Brauschweig and EUR 31.680 for Bockhorn.
