Luxembourg, 25/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Justice and Home Affairs Council is to formally endorse the creation of the European Border Control Agency on Tuesday. Displeased with only being given a minor seat, like Ireland, for not belonging to the Schengen Area without borders, the United Kingdom threatens to take the matter before the Court.
