Brussels, 25/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Cicero Foundation, headed by Marcel H.Van Herpen will be organising on 18 and 19 November in Paris, in its Grands Débats series, a seminar for experts on the theme "Refugees and immigration policy in the European Union: towards a new approach?".
