Javier Solana to take stock of cooperation against terrorism - List of Member States' delays

Brussels, 08/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the Council will call upon the Member States to catch up on their delays in applying decisions on the fight against terrorism and legal and police cooperation, which have been adopted in the wake of 11 September. In particular, it will stress the importance of the European Arrest Warrant, joint investigation teams, Europol, and UN Conventions.
