08/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The future president of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, will start on a tour of EU capitals on Monday, said a spokesperson on Friday. Meetings are planned with the Prime Ministers of Portugal (11 October), the United Kingdom (12), Estonia and Sweden (13), the Austrian Chancellor and the Slovakian Prime Minister (14), and the Cypriot Prime Minister (15 October).
