Brussels, 08/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - EU Transport Ministers took stock on Thursday of EU external relations in the field of aviation, on the fringe of the Transport Council. Transport Commissioner Loyola de Palacio informed ministers of preparations under way to reactivate negotiations with the United States with a view to concluding a transatlantic air transport agreement.
