Amnesty International calls on future European Union mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina to respect detainees' rights

Brussels, 12/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - Amnesty International calls upon the future European Union mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina, ALTHEA, to learn from the shortcomings of the NATO-led SFOR, that it will be replacing at the end of the year.
