12/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Council of Ministers of the EU recently agreed on a regulation extending definitive anti-dumping measure applied to imports of certain ring binder mechanisms from the People's Republic of China (regulations EC 119/97 and 2100/2000) to imports of the same product from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. An inquiry opened by the European Commission by request of the Community industry revealed that measures brought in on the products in question from China had...
