Brussels, 12/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - Monday's External Relations Council adopted three conclusions on the Western Balkans mainly expressing its support for the new Serb President, Boris Tadic, as well as the future UN Special Representative in Kosovo, Soeren Jessen Petersen, and calling on Bosnia-Herzegovina to fully cooperate with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
The Council hailed the result of the Serb presidential election on 27 June (see EUROPE of...
