12/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - Jan Peter Balkenende, Prime Minister of the Netherlands and President-in-Office of the European Council, is to receive Finnish Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen on Wednesday in The Hague. After a first meeting, the two prime ministers will hold a working lunch, also attended by Dutch Secretary of State for European affairs Atzo Nicolaï. On the agenda for discussions there will be: EU financial perspectives for 2007-2013, enlargement, the new European neighbour...
