12/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to the joint acquisition of the company Union PanAgora Assets Management GmbH by the American Putnam Investment LLC and the German Union Assets Management Holding AG. PanAgora offers capital management services to public and private investors mainly in Germany. This operation, which was notified on 10 June, was examined under the simplified procedure.
