Six Member States to appear before Court of Justice

Brussels, 08/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday the European Commission decided to take six Member States to the Court of Justice (Germany, France, Greece, Italy, the United Kingdom and Sweden) for failure to respect EU legislation on the interoperability of the trans-European conventional rail system.
