Brussels, 08/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The General Affairs and External Relations Council on Monday will formally adopt, without debate, the common action defining the establishment of the European Defence Agency, following political agreement reached at the 14 June General Affairs and External Relations Council (see EUROPE of 16 June).
