French group SAGEM has concluded an agreement with the Chinese company TIANYU to develop a joint activity on the Chinese micro-chip market. this partnership will be made concrete with an equity investment initiative for SAGEM in the capital of TIANYU, as well as by creating a sister company in which the majority share is held by SAGEM, which specialises in micro-chip manufacturing.
