Brussels, 08/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - On the fringes of the Summit between the EU and the Ukraine in The Hague on Thursday (see other article), the EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, and Ukraine's ambassador to the EU, Roman Sphek, signed an agreement on Ukraine joining the EU police mission Proxima in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM). Ukraine is already part of the EU's police mission in Bosnia Herzegovina.
