08/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - As pointed out yesterday (EUROPE of 8 July, p.18), the presidents of the European Parliament, the Commission and the Committee of the Regions are to launch an appeal for mobilisation of local elected representatives in order to explain the constitutional treaty to citizens.
