Air hostess dismissed by Ryanair learns to her cost complexity of international private law rules on competence of European courts in case of conflict

Luxembourg, 06/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Court of Justice has stated it is not competent to rule whether it should be the Irish or Belgian courts that have jurisdiction to rule in a lawsuit between a Belgian air hostess, Magali Warbeca, and her former employer, Ryanair, a company under Irish law established in Dublin.
