06/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Dutch prime minister and current president of the European Council Jan Peter Balkenende will be welcoming the vice president of the Permanent Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress, Wang Zhaoguo. During the meeting, they will discuss the EU/China Summit in December.
