Preparations on Tuesday for European Council on terrorism - Mr Solana's proposal to analyse terrorist risks

Brussels, 04/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the High Representative, Javier Solana, is to propose to the Justice and Home Affairs Council to reinforce the analysis of the Council's intelligence, without creating a new structure or an European intelligence agency.
