The Dutch group ING BANK has acquired 49% of the capital of KB LIFE, an insurance company launched in South Korea by KOOKMIN BANK. The financial details of the operation have not been revealed. ING has also bought 95.3% of RODAMCO ASIA, the Asian subsidiary of Dutch property group RODAMCO, further to a friendly offer launched in March by its subsidiary ING REAL ESTATE, for 418 million dollars.
