The French HFM- HACHETTE FILIPACCHI MEDIAS, world leader in magazine press, has acquired, via its Russian subsidiary HFS- HACHETTE FILIPACCHI SHKULEV, 85% of the capital of the Russian publishing group IMG- INTER MEDIA GROUP. Together, the two structures will have a consolidated turnover of 60 million EUR, which will hoist HFM into third place in Russian magazines, behind INDEPENDENT MEDIA and the German BURDA.
