The Slovakian government is to privatise the country's largest electricity distributor, ZSE, with the sale of 51% of its capital. The German EON, which already owns 40% of ZSE, has been offered a slice of 41% of the 51%, for 14.5 billion Slovakian crowns (around 364 million EUR). The remaining 10% will be floated early in 2005.
