Strasbourg, 22/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - Five MEPs Thierry Cornillet (EPP-ED, France), lMonica Frassoni (Greens/EFA, Italy), Jo Leinen (PES, Germany), Mariotto Segni (UEN, Italy) and Diana Wallis (ELDR, Britain) have written to the president of the European Parliament after collecting more than 150 signatures from MEPs calling for a debate during the plenary session next Ma on the European Constitution.
