Professor Jiri Malenovsky and Irena Pelikanova are chosen by the Czech government as two judges for European Court and Court of First Instance

Luxembourg, 22/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - Professors Jiri Malenovsky and Irena Pelikanova have been chosen as the Czech judges for the European court of Justice and the Court of First Instance.

Born in 1950, Malenovsky is a lecturer in international law and judge at the Czech Constitutional Court since 2001. Sent by the Czech government to the Council of Europe between 1993-1998 and then president of the Committee of Ministerial Delegations at the Council of Europe, Juri Malenovksy has also...
