Brussels, 22/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - Vice President of the European Commission Neil Kinnock presented the Commission's Annual Policy Strategy for 2005 to the plenary of the Committee of the Regions (CoR) on 21 April. On this occasion, he placed emphasis on the positive development of relations between the CoR and the Commission since the cooperation protocol was signed in September 2001 between the presidents of the two institutions, Jos Chabert and Romano Prodi (EUROPE of 22 September...
