EPP-ED fails to prevent Parliament promoting reproductive health rights and rights of persons with disabilities

Strasbourg, 22/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - Despite the opposition of the EPP-ED Group, the European Parliament adopted, on Thursday, the report by Belgian Socialist Véronique De Keyser on human rights in the world in 2003 by 189 votes to 111 and 29 abstentions.
