Strasbourg, 22/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday the Conference of President approved a preliminary draft agenda for the May plenary. Following the solemn opening of the first plenary session of the enlarged parliament on 3 May at 18H-19H, the EP is planning on 4 May at 10H-11H the commemoration of Jean Monnet and the 20 anniversary of the Spinelli draft treaty. The rest of the day will be focus on a debate on the future of the enlarged Union, with the first part (11H to 13H) focusing on...
