Brussels, 14/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission plans to make the integration of the Central American countries and Andean communities the sine qua non condition of any future free trade agreement. The Commission underlines this in a communication outlining its ambitions for the third EU/Latin America/Caribbean bringing together 25 European and 33 Latin American and Caribbean states on 28 and 29 May in Guadalajara, Mexico.
