Brussels, 14/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Russian foreign affairs minister Sergei Lavrov met the EU Troika in Dublin on Wednesday (his Irish counterpart Brian Cowen, the EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana and representatives from the European Commission: EUROPE yesterday p 11).
