Janez Potocnik defends European Commission positions on Enlargement and Turkey's membership

Brussels, 14/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - Janez Potocnik, Commissioner designate for Slovenia defended the Commission's positions on enlargement during his hearing on Wednesday before the European Parliament. As of 1 May he will be seated alongside Enlargement Commissioner Günter Verheugen for the remaining months of the Prodi Commission.
