Germany's second-largest industrial insurance company, TALANX, has floated 20.6% of the capital of German group HANNOVER RE, the world's fifth-largest re-insurance company, for some 707 million EUR. It has made 24.8 million shares at 28.5 EUR per unit available to institutional investors in the framework of an accelerated subscription procedure.
